Cordiners Sawmills operate in the most environmentally sound way possible.
The process of converting round sawlogs into sawn timber and co-products involves no waste products whatsoever. 100% of incoming roundwood is converted to pallet, packing case and fencing timber, wood chip, sawdust and offcuts for the wood based sheet material manufacturing industry and bark for horticultural use.
The logs used in the sawmill are all derived from indigenous, sustainable forests, managed under the United Kingdom’s stringent forestry standards administered by the Forest Authority.
